AIBabyTalk provides an AI-powered baby talking image and video generation service. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so.

Our service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIBabyTalk regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
